December 4, 2025 | Novotel Manila, Quezon City — Administrators from the Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines (MCNP) and the International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP), led by School President Dr. Christian R. Guzman, attended the 36th General Assembly of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) held at Novotel Manila.

The annual gathering convened higher education leaders from across the country to highlight advancements in academic quality, celebrate institutional milestones, and recognize schools that demonstrated exemplary performance in national licensure examinations.

One of the key segments of this year’s assembly was the Commendation Ceremony, honoring institutions that produced top-performing graduates and showcasing academic programs that achieved notable accreditation successes.

The honor also reflects the enduring legacy of MCNP–ISAP Founder, the late Dr. Ronald P. Guzman, whose vision and commitment to excellence continue to shape the institution’s culture of quality, innovation, and service to the people of Northern Luzon.

In response to the recognition, MCNP–ISAP leaders expressed their gratitude to PACUCOA and reaffirmed their pledge to uphold strong quality assurance practices and advance academic excellence across all programs.

The institutions emphasized that this milestone serves not only as a celebration of achievement but also as a motivation to pursue even higher levels of accreditation and academic distinction in the years to come.
