The award was conferred by the Department of Planning, Education, and Development, recognizing his active role in advancing sustainable development and educational initiatives in the region.

Adding to this honor, Dr. Guzman has also been reelected for another three-year term as the RDC Private Sector Representative. This milestone reflects the strong confidence of stakeholders in his leadership, commitment, and dedication to regional progress, particularly in fostering development programs that uplift both education and the broader community.

This achievement resonates deeply with the enduring legacy of the late Founder, Dr. Ronald P. Guzman, whose vision continues to shape us, and with the inspiration and support of the Mother Eagle, Madam Wilma Roa Guzman.
For the academic community, this recognition serves as a powerful source of inspiration, a reminder that excellence is not only achieved within the classroom walls but also through active participation in nation-building.
As Dr. Guzman continues to lead with integrity and passion, we reaffirm our commitment to our mission of transforming lives through education and service to the people.
