SALIENT BEASTS OF THE NORTH CONQUER CBLE 2016

Eleven (11) fresh faces with remarkable averages and LCBs titles will join the ISAP WALL OF FAME as these achievers framed history during the November 15-16 Customs Broker Licensure Examination 2016 after nearly filling up the PRC’s Top 10 list of National Topnotchers.

With the undeniable increase in batch passing rate at 84.13% so with the number of passers of 54/63, ISAP is now the National Top Two Performing School in the country in the field of Customs Administration next to Gordon College of Olongapo City.       

Mr. Mark John Aguilar Balayan, LCB with 93.75% rating pioneered the TOP 10 List as he retained the glory of last year’s Jarohsan Dang-ay, LCB who also premiered the said examination. Balayan is ISAP’s third graduate who’s able to top the CBLE following Dang-ay of 2015 and Ms. Bernadeth Cos-agon, LCB of 2009.

With two slots in between lies Mr. Ave Nool Antalan, LCB with a rate of 91.50 %. Just below his name is Mr. Christian Duldulao Amarillo, LCB who accumulated 90.50% making them National Topnotchers 4th and 5th placers respectively.

The Top 6 spot was simultaneously earned by Mr.Al John Balayan Aguilar, LCB and Mr. Gabriel Guillermo Fernando, LCB with ratings of 90.25%. Ms. Zyra May-ag Biniahan, LCB  Mr. Jay Umalla Kanoy, LCB and Mr. Valiente Jalligao Maddugay, LCB vanquished the Top 7 as these three managed to come up with 90% rating each.

Ms. Dianaritz Jane Garcia Sabado, LCB seized the Top 8 spot as she obtained an average of 89.75%. Ms. Carisma Ganal Cabaruan,LCB and Ms. Amabelle Biglang-awa Cuntapay, LCB shared the Top 9 space as they separately accumulated 89.50% rate.

Ten of the topnotchers were awarded with Latin Honors-Cum Laude plus an Academic Distinction for CB Cuntapay last March 2016 Graduation.

The topnotchers and the passers excelled in four subject areas of the Licensure Exam namely Customs Laws, Rules and Regulations; Customs Procedures and Documentation: Tariff Laws and International Trade Agreements; and Practical Application and the Customs Broker Profession.

This year’s batch beats up the reigning record of 2015’s Top 1, 2, 4 and 8. Moreover, a motorcade, a press-con and an honorary distinction by the Sanguniang Panlalawigan of Cagayan was held December 14,2016 in the celebration of the great achievement of the college.

“Actually, it was overwhelming because for the first time in the history of Customs Broker Licensure Examination, there are eleven topnotchers who came from the same school. To students, Self-Discipline and Attitude matter” – Ronie E. Sugarol, LCB MPBM, Program Coordinator of BS Customs Administration pronounced during the presentation of the topnotchers last November 22 Tuesday Forum.
