Students from Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines and International School of Asia and the Pacific were victorious during the 1st Cagayan Festival of Information held last November 8, 2023 at Robinsons Place Tuguegarao.
The said event, organized by the Cagayan Library Consortium, with the help of CaAKAP and the Cagayan Provincial Learning and Resource Center, brought together all cosplayers, creative artists, and avid readers, in celebrating the spectacle of the library and information service whilst espousing the power of creativity and imagination in the said field.
Miss Angel Pascual of ISAP-High School Department emerged as the 2nd placer in the Cosplaying Competition, with her portrayal as Queen Ravenna, a fictional character from “The Evil Queen”, while Mr. Christian Molina, BSTM level 4, sealed the 1st place for ISAP in the Digital Logo Making Competition.
The Cagayan Festival of Information was a collaborative effort among various schools and institutions under the Cagayan Library Consortium, including Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines, International School of ASIA and the Pacific, University of Cagayan Valley, and Cagayan State University.
