Ms. Abigail F. Buraga is a native of Tuguegarao Cagayan, the eldest of three siblings and also a mother of two beautiful kids which makes her responsibilities greater, but it did not hinder her to pursue her studies rather they were her inspiration to overcome her struggles and finish her education.
