admission requirements and policies
Students seeking Re-entry
ISAP students who discontinued their studies for one (1) or more semesters, without prior permission, may be refused admission. If allowed for readmission, students should comply with the requirements applicable to transferees.
Transferees
Transferees from other schools should submit all of the following requirements:
- Issued by the Registrar of the school previously attended.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the Dean of Student Services of the school previously attended.
- Certified True Copy of Grades/ Transcript of Records (TOR).
- Six (6) copies of the latest 2×2 colored I.D. picture with white background.
- NSO-issued Birth Certificate.
- Must establish at least one (1) year of residency in ISAP prior to graduation.
- Must pass evaluation and interview with the Program Coordinator or Dean;
- Take written and oral qualifying examinations as well as physical and psychological examinations.
- Must submit a medical certificate that he/she is physically and mentally fit.
- NBI clearance.
- Other requirements as prescribed by the College or Department where student is seeking admission.
Second Courses
Degree-holders who wish to enroll in a second course should present all of the following requirements:
- Six (6) copies of the latest 2×2 colored I.D. picture with white background.
- Official Transcript of Records.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school signed by the Dean.
- NBI clearance.
- NSO-issued Birth Certificate.
- Six (6) copies of the latest 2×2 colored I.D. picture with white background.
- Satisfactorily meets the written and oral entrance examination cut-off grade of 83%.
- May be required to take written and oral qualifying examinations as well as physical and psychological examinations.
- Satisfactorily pass an admission interview process.
- Evaluation of subjects previously taken and credited to be made by the Academic/Department Head.
- Must submit a medical certificate that he/she is physically and mentally fit.
- Exhibits a behavior becoming of a student.
- Other requirements as prescribed by the College or Department where student is seeking admission.
