“Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.” – Saint Francis of Assisi.
The beginning of School Year 2016-2017 welcomed us with the most awaited news – the grant of PACUCOA Level 1 Accreditation to two of our programs B.S. in Radiologic Technology and B.S. in Nursing. This achievement is a testament to over two decades of perseverance and hard work of all our people. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined us in our journey to excellence. Now we work together as we prepare for our Level 2 accreditation next year.
Once again, our eagles have shown academic excellence in various national licensure examinations, particularly B.S. in Medical Technology with 100% passing rate.
This school year has likewise been a year of new beginnings as we opened our doors to our senior high school students both in the Peñablanca Campus and Tuguegarao Campus. We extend our thanks to our new set of faculty members who have been trained and re-trained to implement the K to 12 Program of the government. We send our appreciation to our current faculty members and staff who stood by the school in this transition period . We also salute our external stakeholders – the parents, local agencies and the communities for their trust, patronage and partnership. While it has not been a walk in the park, we are proud to share that we have passed the initial test and we are now gearing towards recognition from the Department of Education. The Philippine government is struggling with its implementation as issues and concerns come up in the process. However, with continued collaboration, I believe this generation of young adults will have better prospects in the future.
As St. Francis of Assisi has said, “Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.” We, as one family, have been known to walk through the shadows, to thread the imposibble and to come out victorious as mighty eagles. Let us keep soaring high. God bless us all!

“Begin today. Declare out loud to the universe that you are willing to let go of struggle and eager to learn through joy.” – Sarah Ban Breathnach
Blessings have been upon us this year with both MCNP and ISAP reaching Institutional goals aligned with our strategic plan namely PACUCOA Accreditation and Senior High School Program. Indeed, there is no substitute for success. We are fortunate to have our team, our family who stood by us every step bringing in passionate service and determined focus to attain unchartered heights. We have never been so fired up to execute new strategies and methods to achieve excellence in higher learning.
All these success have been coupled with sleepless nights and series of meetings that had our people staying in the campus relentlessly in preparation for their respective visits and influx of students. There have been bumps along the way but we remained steadfast holding each other, focused on the vision-mission of our founder.
Times have change. We are faced with technological advancement. The environment particularly the influx of multi-media has its pros and cons. It has been advantageous in helping the Institution in its delivery of instruction. However, it has also taken its toll in relationships between and among students affecting their behavior and their families. And, that is why we are now strengthening our Guidance Services Office and the Office of Students Services to ensure that our students sustain healthy communication and interaction while they are in the campus. We have lined up innovate activities that could encourage better mental, emotional and spiritual health of everyone.
We have so much to share with you this year and we hope that it would be a fruitful journey for all of you. May God keep us safe always!
